How to Recover Deleted Emails in Outlook or Outlook Express ?

MS Outlook is one of the world's most widely used email client for communication. Computer users use this powerful utility for both their business and personal interaction needs. Outlook works also as a personal information manager for the users where they store general as well as important business information in their folders.

Sometimes users shift+deleted or hard deleted emails from Outlook folders and they think that they have lost it permanently from their 'Sent items' folders.

But in really when someone delete any email message using the Shift + Delete or hard deleted option, it is not deleted permanently by Outlook. Only the listing of the particular e-mail is removed from the index. The deleted emails are still there in the PST (personal storage) file. However, it can not be accessed because MS Outlook is not able to find the index entries of particular items.
